Each account has its own connected Meta and Google integrations, analytics, strategy recommendations, and reports. Whether you're an agency managing clients or a franchise overseeing multiple storefronts, each location or brand you manage is counted as a separate client account.

Yes - connecting your Meta and/or Google accounts is how carrotcake pulls in your real-time marketing data to provide performance analysis, recommendations, and content strategies. Without those connections, we can’t analyze your campaigns or generate insights. Setup only takes a few minutes, and we’ll guide you through the process step-by-step to make it simple.

While we don’t have an official nonprofit or startup discount program yet, we’re always open to supporting mission-driven teams and early-stage businesses. If pricing is a concern but you feel carrotcake could be a valuable tool for you, reach out to us - we’ll do our best to find a plan or solution that works for your budget and goals.

If you exceed the number of accounts or team seats included in your plan, we won’t lock you out or interrupt your access. Instead, you’ll receive a notification with the option to add more accounts or users à la carte. You can scale at your own pace without being forced into a higher-tier plan unless you’re ready for it. We believe growth should be flexible and painless.
